Stayed at The The Broadmoor for a quick weekend trip the staff were probably what I noticed most. Like, the place is beautiful and all, but the people working there really made it feel easy.
Check-in was smooth, everyone we spoke with was polite and calm, and they just seemed to know what they were doing. We had a small question about the room, nothing major, and someone helped us right away without making it feel like a whole thing.

It didn’t feel overly scripted either, which I appreciated. More like they were actually paying attention and trying to help. Professional, but still warm and friendly. Yeah, I’d definitely come back.

The place itself is really pretty, but our experience with the kids was a letdown. There weren’t many kid-friendly options, and at times it felt like the staff were frustrated that we had children with us. After a couple of those moments, I found myself second-guessing whether this was really a place that welcomes families. For what we paid, I expected things to feel a lot smoother and more comfortable

I stayed here last month, the place was in really good shape. Even the older parts didn’t feel run down or forgotten. Everything was clean, the lights worked, and it just had that cared-for feeling.
I also noticed staff quietly fixing little things in the hallways, nothing dramatic, just keeping on top of stuff. The bathrooms were fresh too, which I always appreciate. You can tell they actually pay attention to maintenance.

We waited around a lot, and by the time the bill came, it just felt way too high for what we actually got. Kind of had that bait-and-switch feeling where the place looks more promising than the experience ends up being.

Overall, I had a good stay and it felt worth it. Like I said, it was a nice experience, but like I said, the prices do start to add up quickly

I ended up walking around for hours because the grounds were such a pleasant surprise. The gardens were beautiful, and the mountain views made it even better. Just a really lovely place to wander.

We stayed at The broadmoor and, from what we tried, the activities were probably the highlight for us. We did a little hiking, played some golf, and spent a good amount of time by the pool. I can’t say we checked out every single thing they offer, but the stuff we did was easy to book and the staff were helpful without hovering or pushing anything. Overall it felt really relaxed, but still organized. If you like having options right on the property, this is a really nice spot.

The only thing that threw us off was a mix-up with one of our dinner reservations, which was a little frustrating at the time. To their credit, they got it sorted out quickly. Overall, we had a great stay and I’d definitely consider going back.

The service was polite enough, so no real complaints there, but the food just didn’t match the prices. My steak came out overdone, and the sides were forgettable. Breakfast took a while too, and by the time it arrived it wasn’t even that warm. Maybe they’re relying a little too much on the setting and reputation, because I expected a lot better from a place like this. Beautiful atmosphere, but the food definitely needs some attention...

The bed was really comfortable too, and after a long day that made such a difference. I left feeling happy with the stay and would definitely book again.

What made it more frustrating was how little actual human contact there was when I needed help. I ended up having to call just to figure out what a couple of the charges even were, and by then it felt like I was chasing down answers after the fact. Maybe it was buried somewhere in the fine print, but it really should be clearer before you pay.

Check-in was, like, really quick and simple, and checkout was pretty much just as easy too. It was one of those things where you’re kind of expecting a hassle, but it all went really smoothly.

We had our work event here it was such a great choice. The food was seriously good, and the staff were absolute lifesavers the whole time. They helped with everything and made the day feel so much easier than I expected. I was ridiculously relieved with how smoothly it all went!
